While not everything in the restaurant is gluten free, the staff are very knowledgeable about what is safe within their menu as well as cross contamination risk (e.g., they told me the fryer is not celiac-safe). Additionally, much of the menu is gluten free. The chicken tacos were really delicious!

Outstanding gluten free tacos! Very knowledgeable bar tender (Justin) and staff. Most items are naturally gluten free and can be made with corn tortillas. Celiacs should avoid the fryer due to cross contamination. Highly recommend, my new favorite tacos in the Twin Cities.
