Orchid Thai Restaurant

We’ve eaten there for years with no apparent issues but today we brought a gluten tester and the GF Pad Thai came up positive for gluten. They were very nice about it and comped the dish but still not sure how much I’d trust them without testing again.

They don't have a separate menu but an allergen key where they list "wheat free". They seemed to understand and point out what I could and couldn't eat. Had the pad thai and it was a very big and pretty good portion. However I'm a bit skeptical on how safe the preparation is.
