They make everything from scratch and were very careful with cross contamination. We were entirely impressed with how much could be modified. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable.

One of the best steak dinners I've ever had (and I've made a lot of them)! Server was very attentive to our dietary restrictions, and the kitchen is willing to modify most items on the menu to meet a guest's need. Worth a stop when in Durango!

Staff was very attentive and our waitress double checked everything I was interested in with the kitchen. Our meals were delicious. Note: This is a more expensive restaurant so not many families were there.
