Best humus, staff and location on the planet! The team knows what’s GF and not and have a dedicated fryer. Order the garlic fries! Order the beets! And for sure order the humus 😊😋

So yummy! They even had GF pita bread which I’ve never seen anywhere. I got the hummus and pita bread and falafels. So delicious and didn’t get sick. Server was very knowledgeable and items marked on menu that could be made gluten free.

Oren’s is a great place. The kabobs, falafel, hummus bowls, and many salads are all gluten free. They have the best gluten free pita. Unfortunately, I can’t pry their top secret supplier.

When the original hummus shop opened on University Avenue in Palo Alto, California, serving fresh, healthy, authentic Israeli cuisine – Oren’s Hummus quickly became a favorite of both locals and Stanford University students. Now, with locations across the Bay Area, Oren’s continues to deliver on it’s promise of quality ingredients, great service and awesome food. A Bay Area favorite since 2011, Oren’s Hummus is ready to serve you.

We love Oren’s and so excited they opened one close to us. Most things are GF and their GF pitas are the best around.

TY to those who have shared their experience here! We had just enough time for dinner before catching a flight out of town and tried this based on location near SFMOMA and the reviews. Most items are gf and gf pita that tastes yummy is so appreciated! Had the beef kebab bowl, chicken bowl, and falafel on gf pita and all were delicious. The server was super friendly and noted down our allergies. Great experience!

The food was tasty and they seemed to be really good about gluten free food, but I am almost certain I did get glutened. Maybe they gave me a real pita instead of GF pita, I’m not totally sure — it didn’t *taste* like real bread… nevertheless the timing seems to point to getting glutened when I got food from here.

Sunday afternoon stopped in. The GM from the Palo Alto location was there and assured of protocols to avoid cross contamination. Had the gf pita, hummus bowl with grilled chicken, bread pudding. Was delicious and safe! Recommended. Perhaps make sure to talk with a manager, considering previous reviews.

Sadly, I got glutened here!!! The person at the front didn’t know what Celiac was (should have been my first clue). She did tell the person in the kitchen to treat it like a gluten allergy, but I’m not sure how well informed they are. I ate the chicken with rice and sweet potato fries, all labeled gluten free

Separate fryer for GF fried items! Got the Cauliflower and was good. The GF Pita was very good and large portions with the Hummus Bowls, sauces on the table were GF too. Staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help and ensure that kitchen was aware.
