We have been many times for Hibachi and never had an issue.

They will get steamed rice from the back for my celiac son and use GF soy sauce for his meat.

Staff not knowledgeable AT ALL. I asked for an allergen menu and the waitress told me it’s in the menu. When I explained I can’t have gluten she told me all the sushi is gluten free. Which is of course a lie because tempura is not gluten free and neither is soy sauce. I wouldn’t risk coming here and getting sick, especially if you’re celiac

No gf menu but they were knowledgeable and accommodating. We had hibachi and they were careful about preparation - cooked first on a cleaned top and they cleaned it again after cooking anything with gluten (soy sauce). They had gluten free soy sauce so I was even able to have fried rice. We will return to try sushi and Chinese.
