How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

This place is amazing. My husband has Celiac and is very sensitive, and he's never had a bad reaction here. The staff is knowledgable, attentive and accommodating. After coming just a few times, the waitstaff remembers us and brings out the gluten-free soy sauce when they see us coming. They have a lot of delicious dishes that are already gluten-free, and they are very willing to change recipes and make substitutions. And everything is incredibly good!
