Review of Osaka Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

Not knowledgeable about GF. The waiter stated the whole menu was gluten free (which was obviously not correct). I ordered conservative and got plain rolls from the menu, a California roll with salmon, avocado, and cream cheese. Without knowing they replaced the cream cheese for Crab. I haven’t reacted yet but from my understanding you would want to avoid imitation crab if GF. They do have gf soy sauce. Significant barrier to understanding what gluten is, they suggested a veggie roll because somehow gluten and vegetarian is they same ???

Most likely will not go back.
