I called and they said their sushi rice is NOT gluten free.

Told the waitstaff about needing gluten free items and they couldn’t have been better alerting me to allergens. I was given miso soup instead of clear soup, gluten free soy sauce, and alerted to gluten in a side of sautéed veggies. Fantastic experience, and fantastic food.

— Excellent

Upon arrival I was told they could do hibachi in GF soy sauce. When another employee came to take my order, she said they did not have any GF soy sauce. I asked for the veggies to be grilled with no sauce and steamed white rice. When it arrived at the table, there were several grains of fried rice and a little sauce splattered across a few veggies. I, obviously, didn't eat. The employees were kind and apologized; they also comped my meal.

— Poor

I ate hibachi vegetable with no sauce. They cooked my fried rice with gluten free soy sauce. The waiter wasn’t very knowledgeable, but went and asked. I didn’t have any problems after eating here. I was brought soup and shrimp sauce which both have gluten. I knew that beforehand so didn’t eat it.

Delicious sushi and salad! Just request no dressing on salad and no soup if you are Celiac.
