The waitress was knowledgeable, they didn't have a gluten free menu but she said they had gluten free soy sauce and could cook the food on a separate grill in the back. I got the hibachi chicken and steak. They gave double vegetable servings instead of the noodles, and the fried rice can't be made gluten free so I got the white rice. Everything was pretty tasty.
