Really nice place to eat! I had a BLT sandwich and the bread was so good! we even asked one of the staff members where they got it from (the incredible bakery). The service wasn't really fast but worth the wait since the food was lovely. Also a really good place to not have to worry about the gluten.

100% gluten free - such a rarity! We had lovely lunch (burgers) and dinner (salmon and chicken katsu) with tasty mocktails. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff. I especially enjoyed the warm almond frangipane (they even shared the recipe when I inquired about it) with ice cream. Would definitely eat there again.

I've been ceoliac for only 2 years and I've struggled with eating out. Most resturants say their food is gf but I always have a reaction. Oscar and Bentleys is the only restaurant where I haven't reacted. Their food was incredible (I highly recommend the Dirty Burger) if your in Canterbury its definitely worth a visit!!

100% gluten free restaurant so felt very safe! Was so nice to have a whole menu which I could eat from and feel normal as I didn’t have to ask about gluten free options! Food was pretty good and reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend trying it out if you are in Canterbury. It’s also not far from the cathedral so a very central spot.

It was so nice eating here, in all ways. The place looks like an old pub but new from the insides and you can also sit outsides. Everything is gluten-free and what we had was super delicious. Friendly staff, vegan and vegetarian options, nothing else we could wish for !

Amazing to find a restaurant where all the food is gluten free!! Such freedom and choice!! Lovely food and drinks including mocktails. Very pretty restaurant with very helpful waiting staff. I wish this restaurant was closer to where I live I would definitely become a regular!!

Really great burger place. The burger and chips were so good. All of the menu is GF and tasted great. Easy take-away and then head to Westgate park to enjoy the view and food. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have came to Oscar and Bentleys more then a few times. It’s so nice to literally be able to eat with no worry of having an allergic reaction. The food has never disappointed us . Highly recommend

Coeliac haven! Entire restaurant gluten free! Lots of menu choice, and the food tastes amazing. You’re able to completely forget you even have coeliac disease.

Dedicated GF bistro with Dairy-Free, Vegetarian & Vegan Options (they have a dedicated plant-based menu - see pics). Very close to the Canterbury Cathedral. Less than a 5 minute walk.

I wasn’t sure during our tour if we’d have time to stop here, so I had some snacks on the bus and unfortunately was not too hungry. However, I did get a glass of vegan pignot grigio and onion rings* (super crispy & good).

My partner got the plant based seasonal risotto, which included zucchini and peas today and said it was very good.

Safe and delicious. Highly recommend.

*best onion rings I’ve had is @ Niche Gluten-Free Dinning restaurants not just London but everywhere & including Gluten onion rings.

Everything on the menu is gf. Dairy free items are clearly marked. Wide variety on the menu. My son had the fish and chips (he couldn’t pass it up). I had the pea & coconut soup with garlic bread. My husband had the salmon & eggs. Everything was delicious.

I’ve been here twice since arriving in Canterbury and the staff at Oscar & Bentley’s have been fantastic both times. It’s so relaxing to have no chance of cross contamination and just being able to enjoy the meal. The food is great also.

Amazing! I've been diagnosed with celiac 11 years and this is my first 100% gluten free restaurant. I had the fried chicken sandwich and onion rings. My first chicken sandwich in 11 years. Delicious!!! Awesome onion rings. Too many desserts to choose from. They all look wonderful.

Fabulous find while in Canterbury, you won't be disappointed. The bread was great with my gluten free malt and hops lager from Czech. Going back tomorrow for fish and chips and cake
