There are a good amount of gluten free options. I got nachos (no cheese) with beef, pico, and lettuce. They were very good! The chips and salsa are also super good. The waitress was very cautious with my food allergies. Will definitely be going back!

This is an upscale Latin Restaurant with everything made from scratch. The majority of the menu is gluten free & they are knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and cross contamination. They even have gluten free items served from their food trucks and a dedicated, Celiac safe fryer for chips at the restaurant. From heavy cream sauces made without flour to sourcing gluten free Panko breadcrumbs, it is evident the chef takes a lot of pride in being able to cook delicious food for those of us with dietary restrictions.

My favorite menu dish is the Pollo Parado: chicken breast with a Panko breadcrumb coating, stuffed with poblano peppers and cheese, topped with Tomato Cream Sauce. It's the best chicken dish I've ever had.

The service is always warm and welcoming.

I have severe celiac disease, and this restaurant is one of the few that I will eat at. I never get sick there, although I do mention that the food needs to be gluten-free. One of the things that I like best is the fact that they have gluten free homemade tortilla chips which they cook in a separate fryer! Loaded Queso Dip and GF seafood nachos are a special treat!

A hidden gem in the Fox Valley area. They have a wonderful, extensive, clearly marked gluten free menu. Even specials are marked whether they are gluten free. My favorite is the carnitas!
