First time I've had a Chicago style hotdog in years and it was delicious!

Clearly no one else rating this place in 2 years meant a lot of room for things to go to $hit. The cook had at least an 8 inch beard uncovered making food. Gross. There is NO cider... not a single GF alcoholic drink but a box of Franzia wine that sits over a warm food prep/cooking area. I watched the cook take a cold hotdog bun out of the Udi's bag so yeah it was cold. he also split it all the way in half. The meat was so overcooked it shriveled like jerky. the bun was also soaked with tomatoe juice and disintegrated in my hand, pure mush. This place is an absolute waste of space, limited and unclean. Literally, one of the worst experiences I ever had. Certainly the worst hot dog I ever had.

Great restaurant!! They source their meat locally and have gluten free buns for their sausage. It's the first time I've had a sausage with bun in years and it was amazing! Fast service, friendly people and from where we sat we could see them cooking our food.

O.S.S. has awesome and creative specialty sausages and has great GF buns! Staff knowledgeable about which sauces contain gluten, there's a list at the front counter, so just ask. Also they have Hard cider on tap!
