First, this is the best Italian food in Madison. It’s not red sauce, lasagna or Alfredo Italian food but more “rustic” cooking. Every single thing I’ve gotten after visiting 20+ times has been excellent, and I’ve never gotten sick. They have a clearly marked menu, with appetizers, entrees and desserts all available. Some of the pastas already come standard with a fresh gf corn pasta but they can usually substitute that pasta with any of the other dishes. As soon as I tell our waiter I’m celiac they start a fresh pot of water boiling. Go here. Order the butterscotch budino for dessert.
