Not safe for celiac. Use same water and utensils to cook gf pasta. Gf pizza literally had flour on bottom.

Definitely NOT gluten free. The gluten free pasta is made in the same water as their regular pasta. The gluten free pizza is made along side the regular pizza. GF on many items but definitely not trust worthy.

My son has a gluten allergy. We ordered the gluten free pasta with butter. The waiter was super helpful and knowledgeable, however a few minutes into eating the pasta, my son complained of itchiness in his mouth, then he started to have stomach pain. He got very sick here. I believe they try, but are not careful enough with allergies/celiac. Their “gluten free” are strictly for dietary concerns only.
The menu lists gluten free pizza as an option… the margarita pizza was delicious, the dough tasted homemade… very impressed!!

I got very sick after getting here. The food is amazing but it isn’t worth risking it in my opinion

The waiter tried to be accommodating, but in the end, my son ended up getting very sick from their “gluten free” pasta with butter. He complained his mouth was itchy after a couple bites and on our way home his stomach hurt. He proceeded to get sick 1 hour later. Not safe for people with allergies to gluten/celiac. It appears their “gluten free” options are strictly for those with dietary concerns. Beware.
No
This was the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. The server understood exactly what needed to be done in order to make my meal safe. Basically they can make any dish that doesn’t have an out of house made ingredients.

Food was delicious! It is a very popular BYOB spot in Hoboken, so it can be a wait. When I spoke with the waiter, he understood about having a new pot for the pasta, gfree pizza is cooked on the top shelf but same oven, and cleaning the prep area to avoid cross contamination. I got the spaghetti squash dish and shared the Caprese salad. While I did not get sick and I felt pretty confident about their knowledge, it is still a shared kitchen (pasta, bread, pizza galore). I rated it Celiac Friendly but use caution and ask questions.
Yes
They take gluten free/celiac concerns very seriously. Although be careful because it is a shared kitchen. They will make your gluten free pasta separately and prepare your pizza separately but they do use a shared oven. Every server knows that menu inside and out as well and are very gluten knowledgeable. Worse comes to worse, just ask for the owner or manager who will make sure you are safely taken care of. One of the best GF spots in town in my opinion
Yes
Great gluten free pasta and byob.
