Review of Our Mom Eugenia - Mosaic

I love me an apple walnut salad with mixed greens for lunch, but when the salad is more walnut and red onion (and if you know me I LOVE red onion) there’s a problem. You know those apple slicers? The ones that cut it into 8 pieces? Ya, 1 (one) of the slices, sliced real thin was all the apple that was on this salad. I asked for chicken to be added as well, and the cost me $6… not on the menu with a price either and you get the same amount of chicken as you would on a full size Panera salad. Last, the menu said nothing about green or red bell pepper. Not a bell pepper fan… and there was a ton of that on there too that I picked off. In my picture you will see the extra amount of onion and walnut that was on my salad. I tried to have walnut and onion in each bite, and this is what was left over 😳

I think they may have a shortage of mixed greens because there weren’t enough for all those onions and walnuts.

Wait I got a good half an onion on that salad!
