Review of Outback Steakhouse

Went there the other night and found a tiny piece of the bread in my salad! Waitress had manager make me a new one and said manager is making my meal as well....but no manager came out and no meal discount on my food. I just hope I didn't ingest any crumbs from that bread I had unknowingly mixed around with my dressing. Not going back, can't trust it.
