This place is disgusting. It’s dirty. The food is poorly prepared. Yes they have a gluten free menu. I’ve been here while traveling a few times. This last visit will be my last. My son’s GF $30 steak tasted BOILED. The veggies were so over cooked that they were mush. The bathroom is putrid and so is the kitchen. How this place is not giving people food poisoning is beyond me. Don’t go here.

They have a great gf menu that covers all tastes. I had one of their chicken entries. Although it did have a bit more pepper on it than I would like, the baked sweet potato and fresh veggie side made up for it. Not sure if they have a separate gf kitchen, I find if they have a separate gf menu, the should be aware of the needs to be gluten free.

We arrived and got the gluten free menus, only the GF menus. The server put bread on the table then was reluctant to take it away.

We ordered GF Aussie Cob salads and there was at least one crouton in the one I ate.

The manager apologized and comped our meals which we had barely touched. The server came over and mumbled an apology.

One month later. Proves you have to keep on top of things. Steak was undercooked and sent it back. Asparagus came out separately but had some fried bits in the plate. Not much but enough to say cross contamination. I explained to waitress who was sweet but initially clueless to celiac. She gave me a salad to go in its place. Came out w croutons 🤦🏻‍♀😂. Showed her. She was mortified. Comped my martini for the issues. 👍. Left waitress a great tip

They were great. Told them I was celiac. Separate menu and waiter said he would advise the manager. She brought me my food and explained that everything was cooked on aluminum foil to prevent cross contamination Felt great afterwards

We were so happy with the service and knowledge at this location. We’ve tried the GF menu at other Outback locations and were given salads with croutons! The waiter was great and understood the needs of our son, who has Celiac. The food was delivered to our table by the manager, and everything was great! Great job, Outback Lumberton! You calm the nerves of this Mama Bear!! And who knew that the Thunder from Down Under was GF??? Delish!

My company wanted to order us a holiday lunch. We order with outback. My food was marked gluten free and put in its own bag. It was a great experience.

I went there for dinner with my boyfriend and explained to our server that i had celiac disease. He came back with a gluten free menu with a variety of options, i felt so comfortable eating there and my dinner was amazing! he explained to me that they take it very seriously and that he will explain to the cooks and write an extra note. It was an 100/10 experience for me.

I was on a trip to Splash Lagoon with family and was very hesitant to eat here as I get sick at one closest to where I live. I ate here with no issues! I got the wedge salad and loaded baked potato. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful!

This place was awful from our walk in to our overall experience! First thing when we got there the hostess told us that they only had one table available by the bar, but when I looked around only a few tables were occupied and mostly by the bar. She went on to instruct us that all the other tables were dirty!! My husband did not want to create a scene so we sat down and decided to order simple and had burgers mine with no bun. I did not get sick from the food or at least not yet but I will never return to this restaurant!! Very sad that the manager didn’t even try or get someone to clean off all those tables including wait staff!
