Review of Outback Steakhouse

They had a gluten free menu and I told the waiter about my celiac (even had to explain what that means). Staff was very friendly but not knowledgeable about their precautions for preventing cross contamination. I ordered off the gluten free menu and shortly after I began eating I could already feel the effects of gluten. Definitely not risking eating here again. Not celiac safe.
