Review of Outback Steakhouse

Does not take gluten-free seriously. My wife's salad had a crouton in it, and nobody caught it - unclear if lettuce was cross-contaminated or cook was sloppy / lazy. Manager was appropriately sorry, but the kitchen is clearly not run well.
