Review of Outback Steakhouse

I ordered a salad off the gluten free menu and specified I was ordering off the gluten free menu and specifically told our server to “please tell the kitchen I have celiac disease”. She completely ignored me, and my salad came out with fried chicken strips. I will say that once the manager took over, everything was fine and I didn’t have any reactions from cross contamination
