Review of Outback Steakhouse

I went with a group of friends and did not plan on eating there, even brought my own GF snacks with me. Our waiter asked why I wouldn't be eating and I said I have celiac disease. He then came back and said they had another customer who comes with celiac as well and they sanitize and prep everything separately for you. They wrap things in clean foil and cook it, use clean prep utensils and equipment when I ordered and was brought my food he said he was going to bring me clean silverware even though mine was still clean and wrapped in my napkin. He took several precautions and was extremely careful. I haven't eaten out in about a year at a place that is not dedicated GF and am very excited with my visit today :) wish we had more servers like him that take my situation seriously.
