Review of Outback Steakhouse

We had poor, slow service and it was clear that there were no procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination. Salad had crumbs in it from where they must have removed the croutons. They served au jus with prime rib even though the GF menu said it wasn't safe. Food was decent but dinner took 2 hours.
