Review of Outback Steakhouse

I was very pleased with the gluten free meal I had here tonight. When I asked the waitress for a gluten free menu she promptly brought me one. I explained that I had Celiac Disease and she smiled and said she knew I would be concerned about cross contamination. With out asking, she sent the Kitchen Manager, James, out to talk to me. He answered my questions and it was obvious he was well trained in how to avoid gluten contamination. I had an excellent steak that was pan fried in a skillet on foil, an uncut baked potato with butter and sour cream on the side, and started with a salad that was made out of a new bag of ingredients. He suggested I always talk to the Kitchen Manager when I come. I will go here again😀.
