Review of Outback Steakhouse

They have an nicely extensive gluten free menu (you can find it on the website too) that points out what the gf modification is on each item. The restaurant was good about adding notes when ordering and seemed to have a great understanding. There was one glitch in the kitchen (included garlic toast with shrimp) but they remade the plate and apologized. The dessert option is amazing (flourless brownie with ice cream) and no issues from the symptomatic celiac in our household.
