My server Charles was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and very helpful. I had plain sirloin steak, house seasoned ribs that were GF, asparagus, carrots, zucchini, and yellow squash and GF Angry Orchard hard cider. I asked the server to ask the staff to chain gloves and use aluminum foil to cook my food on the grill. Very delicious and I did not get sick.
