Review of Outerlands

I was a little nervous because this restaurant specializes in baking fresh bread and sandwiches/salads/soup. The server knew what celiac was and assured me that they could provide me a safe lunch. We discussed cross contamination and they said they would tag mine as highly sensitive. The sandwich was ordered with a bed of lettuce substituted for bread. The server returned to let me know that they bake bread and that there is flour in the air and wondered if I was comfortable with my order. The food was absolutely unique and delicious!! And best of all I felt great after!
