Found pieces of plastic in my food. Sent them an email and then Facebook message to see if they receive my email, but no response. It seems that they're on top of gluten-free in general, but if they're making mistakes like leaving plastic laying in food then I'm honestly not sure how careful they really are. I did get a fried chicken sandwich, which was definitely great if the experience had been ruined by finding plastic in four different bites. It's a little concerning that they aren't responding.
