I tried this bakery when it first opened. There was no posted information about the ingredients and the staff did not seem well informed. Since the bakery has "gluten free" in the name, I felt like it must be safe so I ordered a muffin. It was good - but I got VERY sick after eating about half of it. I'm celiac and there was nothing else that could have given me that reaction. I'm very careful and this was the first time I have been glutened in years. I tested the remaining half of the muffin with my nima sensor and it tested positive for gluten. This was a terrible experience for me and I am so upset an establishment with "gluten free" in their name would be so careless. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating here if you have celiac disease.
