They do have Tamari and I was able to get a gluten free hibachi meal. However, I did not have a lot of confidence that they had a good understanding of what all contains gluten in their restaurant nor do I bet they follow any extra safety precautions when preparing gluten free meals. While our very sweet waitress was doing her best to understand, she was hyper focused on what contained soy sauce. I.e. - She still brought me the miso soup with fried onions floating around and told me I could eat the ginger dressing because it was yellow and probably didn’t contain soy sauce. I didn’t try! I never asked what vinegar was used in the sushi rice. I tried to order the rice free roll, but it never came.

Gluten free sushi! Let them know you want the sushi gluten free and they will put in gluten free soy sauce. I believe the sushi items are the only menu items that can be made gluten free.
