Oz Pizza

The gf pizza is cooked on the same stone as the othe pizzas with no barrier to protect from cross contamination. I ordered a Greek salad with no meat and balsamic dressing. I tested the salad with my Nima sensor. The dressing passed with no gluten found. The salad failed and contained gluten. There were no gluten containing toppings on the salad. The gluten was most likely from cross contamination.
