P2B Restaurant + Bar

Stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel that the restaurant is attached to and my wife was hungry but not wanting to go out. Found a clubhouse sandwich that they can sub in gf bread. Server and kitchen went out of the way to clean the prep station before they made the meal. Do be aware, the sandwich comes with fries but the regular fries are not gluten free and they do not have a separate fryer. She was quite impressed with the sandwich and was tempted to get another the next day.
