Pablo's Pizza

I can’t say enough good things about Pablo’s pizza. I got the Brie-yonce on gluten free (not cauliflower) crust, and it was simply divine. The combination of toppings was delicious and the crust was crispy on the outside and chewy inside. They prepared the whole thing in the back and I had no CC symptoms. Loved the ambiance too.

This is the best GF crust I have ever had in my life!!!!! I think it is made in house. As little cross contamination as is possible in a pizza place where flour flies everywhere. So I would avoid if you are super super sensitive

This was the BEST gluten free pizza I’ve had. They wiped down surfaces before preparing it and I didn’t have any cross contamination symptoms.

The BEST gf pizza in town. I was almost ordering a pizza once a week and never got sick! If you ask, they can prepare and cook your gf pizza in the back. Otherwise I’m pretty sure they cook it with the others but on a sheet and on a different rack. Italian Stallion is the best!!

Very good gluten free choices! The GF crust is tasty ordering online / over the phone is easy - no errors yet. Would highly recommend!

It tasted wonderful. But I felt awful the next day and I have serious concerns about some of the toppings not being gluten free or possible cross contamination. Either way, I’m not eager to return.

Delicious regular pizza (told by family) but sadly gf pizza made in same oven and cross contaminated.

Great gf pizza! Crispy, chewy crust and delicious toppings. They were knowledgeable about taking precautions for me!

Excellent service. New gluten free pizza is tasty. Staff asks what level of precaution needs to be applied. No guarantee of cross contamination protection , flour likely to get into toppings.

The GF pizza here is not worth the price. It's rubbery and tasteless. It is also not guaranteed to be entirely GF.

Not safe for celiac. They use the Same area for regular pizza and do not take any precautions to prevent cross contamination.

Don't eat here if your celiac. They do not have a seperate area for the gf dough resulting in lots of cross contamination issues. Staff wasnt very knowledgeable either.
