Pack’s was a very good experience. The server was knowledgeable about what was gluten-free, both celiac-safe (I have celiac) and GF but not celiac-safe. The pizza is not celiac-safe. After we ordered, the manager himself came over to chat about how they would separately prepare the food. I don’t react in any noticeable way to gluten exposure, so hard to be certain there was no cross-contamination… But every impression I had was that they were very safe, and certainly very conscientious.
