Awesome experience. Popular spot + Black Friday made for a 45 minute wait but we scored a spot at the bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable and asked if i had celiac or intolerance. She steered me away from the elote dip on the GF menu bc they can’t guarantee anything wood fired wouldn’t be cross contaminated. I ordered the brisket sandwich on GF bread and the brussel sprouts. The manager came out to explain their kitchen processes and said although they can’t guarantee cross contamination the chances are very slim. He also encouraged me to have the Urban Orchard draft cider bc the hard ginger beer was on a line that occasionally rotates with other drafts. My meal was delicious! To top it off they have a GF brownie! The service and quality was excellent. We were on our way home from a 1900 mile road trip cross multiple states and this was by far the most celiac friendly experience we had. Husband loved his gluten full meal too.
