Paddy Wagon

Paddy wagon catered my friend's wedding. They had two gluten free taco options (including one gf vegan option). My friend is also gf and follows the fodmap diet as well. They were very accommodating with food orders. They also had the option of ordering some of their sandwiches gf (on a bed of greens, no bun). I had the brisket tacos and they were soooo good. Also ordered their hummas, it did include pita (my husband at those). You can order without if worried about it touching the veggies.
