I have had an email exchange with them. They are NOT GF. " Unfortunately, all the cookware, knife, fryer, and cutting board are shared among other dishes. Unfortunately, no outside food allowed in the restaurant, and we apologize for the inconvenience. "As you have mentioned your allergy (Celiac: an autoimmune disease NOT an allergy) we just don’t think our space is safe for your visit. There are other establishments in Edmonton that cater specifically to celiacs such as continental bistro. "Padmanadi do offer gluten-free menu and we declare that our restaurant is not a gluten-free environment as cross-contamination might happen and we do not guarantee cross-contamination. When someone order in , takeout or even delivery there will be a message that will pop up with that message. Rice for example is gluten-free but it’s still being cooked in the same kitchen as everything else.
We do have celiacs who dine into the restaurant after acknowledging the possibility of cross-contamination. // These people would be idiots. This restaurant is neither Gluten-Free nor friendly for celiacs. I am sick of restaurants being allowed to claim this status when they AREN'T.

Not super safe for Celiac. They have a seperate gluten free menu, and explicitly told me the food isn't celiac safe because they share Wok's and Pans, also no dedicated fryer so almost all the GF food is unsafe. It wasn't busy when I went so they said they would use a seperate wok for my dish, which was nice, and tasty, but not recommended for Celiac

Vegan restaurant. Not celiac safe. Mixed kitchen with cross contamination. Have gluten friendly on their menu but on further asking they said that the only thing they could offer is steamed veggies/tofu with no sauce and that could also be contaminated so I ended up not eating anything. Used to be one of my fave places before diagnosis.
