The ordering experience was easy and they delivered to our hotel. The pizza was very good and I didn’t have reaction!

The best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had in my life - it was thick, it was fluffy, it tasted like REAL pizza and not a small thin burned cali crust. I am speechless how delicious!

Warning: Unfortunately the GF crust is not dairy free (includes whey powder, and fwiw it also includes egg white, for the vegan among us), but they will not proactively tell you this if you order a GF crust with vegan cheese. If a customer is ordering vegan cheese on a pizza, it’s likely they may also be expecting a vegan pizza, no? Pagliacci doesn’t seem interested in being forthcoming with this.
Pagliacci GF crust ingredients:
Water, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Modified Rice Starch, Egg White, Whey Powder, Palm Oil, Yeast, Canola/Olive Oil Blend, Sugar, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Cultured Brown Rice

Really good pizza!! Cooked on a separate pan, and they have vegan cheese. Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming.

Sadly the GF pizza is delicious but I had a very acute reaction after it was not worth it. I’m not sure what the preparation process is but I won’t eat there again.

My family gets pizza here at least every couple of months. The service is good overall and while none of us have gotten sick there have been quality issues with the food. One time we had to wait while they made another pizza because the one they made wasn't g/f (they didn't read the order correctly), another time it looked like they threw the pizza into the oven because the cheese covered the crust on one side the toppings were only on 3/4 of the pizza and there were a couple of times when toppings were omitted. The most recent was when I ordered no croutons on the salad and the salad came with croutons on it so it was inedible because we didn't find out until we got home. They have been quick to fix things each time, so while I feel comfortable eating here (we deal with gluten intolerance, non-celiac) I would recommend customers double-check food, especially when doing pick-up or delivery. I also wish they offered g/f beer with their g/f pizza!
