Review of Pai Men Miyake

So much of the menu can be modified to be gluten free. They carry gluten free noodles for the ramen (ask to have cooked in separate water). The waitstaff is very knowledgeable. The soy sauce on the tables is GF tamari (prob worth double checking just in case it ever changes). Only downside is that items are not marked on the menu - you need to check with the server.
