NOT celiac friendly! I spoke with many members of the staff and the pizza chef. They all said they're gluten free BUT then I watched them do the prep. They DO NOT have separate prep - same sauce, same ladle, same pizza screens, and they put the gluten free pizzas on the bare stone with the regular pizzas in the oven.
I watched very carefully and we refused the pizza when it came out. I tried to explain cross contamination but they just did NOT get it.
They say that are gf and will act super accommodating (especially over the phone) but they are ignorant (in the purest sense of the word).
If you are celiac, DO NOT eat here.
No
If you have celiac do not eat here. They offer a "gluten-freeish" menu. Enough said. Guaranteed cross contamination, I watched it happen.
Wow, we had the GF Margherita Pizza and GF bolognese pasta, what a treat. The pasta even accompanied GF cheese bread!!! Secret off the menu item, they carry Daiya dairy free cheese. My husband is a celiac, even though they aren't a dedicated gf kitchen, they took extra measure to be sure the pizza oven was as clean as possible, but he stuck with the pasta, as that was the 'safest' item to eat.
Yes
Fantastic gluten free pasta options cooked perfectly
Great pizza, but I had a bad cross contamination reaction that lasted three days. The wait staff also kept having to go back and ask about ingredients. The cook just read the labels. Best I could tell all gluten and gf pizzas are prepared on the same surface.
Really enjoyed the gluten free pizza. They put a lot of toppings on and will do any combination!
Amazing gluten free pastas and pizzas!
