There are multiple restaurants on site. Noodles told me flat out that nothing was gluten free and no accommodations could be made. Coffee Amore had fruit cups that seemed to be gluten free but they were not knowledgeable about what gluten was. Pala Cafe did not have a gf menu but a helpful waitress checked with the chef and they recommended a Cobb salad. It was very fresh and tasty. A few restaurants were not open so we couldn’t try them. If you need to eat gluten free and you’re staying at this resort, I suggest you bring some food for yourself or head in to a nearby town.

The GF pizza and chef-prepared salmon tested positive for gluten. The burger patty tested GF
The Chef was very accommodating, he cooked my g-free flatbread in a pan in a separate oven. They have several options on the menu and for the first time since being diagnosed, I had cioppino. Delish. The staff was very helpful not to mention their large wine list!
