Review of Palace Buffet

Typically I would not trust a buffet, but I read a few online reviews that made me try this one. The restaurant manager and head chef walked me through the entire buffet and gave me the rundown on anything I had a question about. Ultimately I did get glutened, but I'm pretty sure it was the mongolian grill that did it. They cleaned it before making my food, but noticed when he scooped it into my bowl it slid down the side of the grill and I know he didn't clran that part. It was still a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to other people.
