Palermo Pizza and Restaurant

I have Auto-Immune issues & was told to eliminate gluten 6 weeks ago. I am also allergic to cows/dairy & am vegan. We eat here regularly & they have altered the food for me to be vegan. In the past two weeks, I got the GF pasta (Ziti) with the mushroom sauce & added a side of broccoli to it. It was delicious & lasted me multiple meals. Last week I ordered the GF pizza crust with just the sauce, veggies, & pineapple. It comes with it's own GF pizza cutter to take with you & is in it's own foil pan. It was a bit "crackery, " but still good. Also lasted me multiple meals. I almost always have my lunch bag of supplies with me with all vegan & GF condiments like creamer, butter, liquid amino, nutritional yeast flakes, my DIY salad dressing + reusable straws & other needs. Knowing I was going to be getting a pizza, I took along my vegan "cheez" shreds to put on, even if it wasn't able to be baked on.
