I called and they told me their pizza area is cleaned and put on a pan. I didn't get my normal hospital level horrible reaction but I've definitely had gas pain, bloating, headaches and upset stomach since eating there.

This place was near the park near my daughter’s home. My sister and I both ordered pizza. I ordered the gluten free one and the waiter asked, “are you gluten free or celiac.” Wonderful!! The crust was delicious and he also accommodated my other allergy.

Pizza is very tasty they have a nice GF crust and I’ve eaten it many times without incident. The rest of the menu is a mixed bag, they can do GF pasta but approach with caution—I got glutened recently from a pasta dish that they claimed was GF and I’d asked all the usual questions.

Delicious gluten free pizza and pasta at Palermo!! A little on the pricy side but really tasty.
