Palio can do a fantastic job for people who require GF food, as they do a lot of made from scratch cooking in their kitchen. I ordered Gamberetti Scampi con Spaghetti GF. Definitely designated that I am a celiac. The dish was delicious, although it came out almost warm at best. The only other downfall or critique I have was our server Bryce was rushing us during the service. My husband and son who are not gf had previously been to Palio in Ann Arbor and my husband liked the Ann Arbor restaurant better. I would try it again if I were back in town.
