Pizza tasted great, but as with all non dedicated pizza places, it is not safe for celiac. I am sensitive to any amount of cross contamination and had major reaction.

Gluten free pizza crust is very good. They have so many options for toppings. Even have a gluten free brownie though I haven’t tried it yet.

Great pizza - ordered online and left a comment that I was celiac and know they paid attention because they had circled and underlined it on the receipt. Will definitely be ordering again!

I was craving pizza really bad one afternoon and found Palio's on the Find Me GF app so we gave it a try. We were blown away at the flavor!!! We ordered the chicken bar-b-que pizza and everyone loved it! You couldn't tell that the crust was GF. The only downside (lost a star) is that the GF pizza only comes in 1 size.....Medium :-(

A great place to go if you're a celiac. They are very careful and when one of their new employees placed my pizza on a pan used for regular pizza they came and informed me they were going to make a completely new one.
