Review of Palio's Pizza Cafe

Very good GF pizza and the staff was knowledgable about food handling and cross contamination. The owner came out and assured me about their use of separate ovens and the cooks wearing clean gloves when adding toppings. I ate there with no ill effects and I am sensitive. I would definitely eat there again.
