Only place I have ever found a large gluten-free crust. It came out crispy and delicious. Found this while visiting family nearby. We will look forward to eating there each time we are in the area. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating.

No. If you have celiac disease please reconsider eating at this location. I got extremely sick after eating a "gluten free" pizza here.

Called for a take out order. Specifically said multiple times that I have Celiac Disease and that my food could not contain gluten, have croutons or be in contact with gluten. In spite of my clear communication, my salad came with croutons, which I didn't find out until I was half way into eating it. I am still sick. I called to report the issue and they offered to refund the $4 for the side salad. Can't trust this place. If you suffer from Celiac Disease, they cannot guarantee that the food will be gluten free, so beware!

The staff were helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable. I appreciated the simplicity. 🤗 pizza was good. I prefer a bit more crispy crust. But it smelled fresh and like they actually used yeast or sourdough. That was nice!

Gluten Free pizza dough, Yes! Was the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! Loved it. I highly recommend Palio’s. Plus they delivered to my camp site at the Vineyards on Lake Grapevine. Camping and GF pizza! Life is good😁

It has a great taste, and when we have tried to get a cheaper pizza that is gf we are always disappointed so then we come back and don't mind the upcharge as much.

I wouldn't say they are a 100% safe for celiac but I think they are trying. Some staff are more knowledgeable than others.

I highly recommend Paleo's Pizza. Their crust is amazing. The best gluten free crust I have found yet. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pizza is amazing!

Outstanding GF pizza crust with plenty of toppings and great sauce. My other daughter had hi praise for GF pasta. We came on the right night, the girls were very attentive to GF needs.

Pizza is really good, but we have had problems with cross contamination a few times now. So be aware those that are celiac.

Ate here yesterday and been sick since. I've tried it three times since it is close by and a family favorite, I've gotten sick each time. Cross contamination definitely an issue, I would not recommend if you are Celiac.

The Flower Mound location has a GF crust that is prepped on dedicated pans and cut with clean cutters, but their condiments and toppings are reached into with bare hands by the same cook who is prepping gluten-dough. I was told that "microparticles of flour" are in the toppings. I think this one might be for the fad dieters. With a little celiac kiddo, I'll be skipping this place until they can promise the toppings are clean.

We had the best GF pizzas ever. If you are visiting the great wolf lodge or the Gaylord make this one of your stops. The pizzas are available in a number of sizes and toppings. We enjoyed the meal and will be back.

Good GF pizza, knowledgeable staff. offers large sizes of pizzas GF (we can order an Xl pizza and share as a family!). Wish all Palios would offer this crust and selection of sizes. Thanks Grapevine location for the options!

Very good gluten free pizza! There are several sizes and toppings to choose from. Make sure to emphasize your needs. The cashier went the extra mile and washed my pizza cutter and pan. Great service. I would give a 5 star rating but there is not a dedicated GF oven or area for pans.

Friendly, helpful staff. The pizzas are really good. The owner knows the importance in avoiding CC however they do not have a dedicated kitchen area and CC does occur.

Yum yum yum!!! GF Pizza prepped separately from all the rest and staff was super knowledgeable and kept everything safe. BEST GF Pizza I’ve had yet!!

Went here based on reviews from other locations. Great pizza! I called ahead and asked questions and the staff was extremely helpful. We got the gluten free crust and the cauliflower crust to try both and preferred the cauliflower crust as it was more crunchy.

We’ve ordered from here twice, once for delivery and no symptoms whatsoever. Great option for nights where you just want to feel normal. Gf crusts add some cost, but they offer multiple sizes.

We’ve tried the Noah’s, Cajun, and the Scorcher so far! The scorcher has been our favorite.

Called to see if the online menu was correct with vegan options as well as GF crust for pizza. Mgr did state they do have dairy free cheese option as well as GF crust. Will be ordered for our next pizza night. Will update review once we try it ourselves ;-)
