Review of Palma

Felt compelled to write a review because what I experienced contradicts other reviews here. When I went to order and mentioned I’m celiac and cross contamination was an issue, the waitress kindly advised that I don’t eat here. I asked if everything GF was made in separate pots/pans and she said yes but preparation surfaces were shared and cross contamination was likely in their small kitchen. I appreciated the honesty but was surprised since I read other great reviews about safety (on other apps besides this one). Just giving my own experience! I’m giving it 3 stars because the staff was kind and I did order a drink that was also good, but I decided not to eat here.
