I am not a fan of their sandwiches, but I do like the salads in the case and the soups.. Usually have gluten free cookies too. Seems like a lot of potential CC though.

Staff will ask if GF bread request is for preference or allergy. I stated allergy and they changed gloves and did steps to avoid cross contamination. Good choices and several side dishes to choose from.

Wonderful! They use Udi’s multi grain gluten free bread. No extra charge..

Good place for lunch! They have sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. They also have gluten free bread which was pretty good! Make sure to inform the sandwich maker of an allergy and they will use a separate kitchen space. Also, the gf peanut butter blossom cookie is super good!

I enjoyed a spinner salad with little concern of cross contamination.

Made my gluten free sandwich in a special area to avoid cross-contamination without me asking, have a few salad options, and gfree peanut butter cookies. Bread looks like udi's.

Palmer's Deli & Market is located in the Kaleidoscope at The Hub - easily accessible via Skywalk. They offer gluten-free sandwiches on Udi's multigrain bread. It is made at the counter in front of you and the staff makes sure to change gloves and prepare your sandwich on a special cutting board. I have now eaten at Palmer's twice and have not had any issues. The sandwiches are huge - allows for leftovers - and the price is reasonable for lunch.
