Review of Palms Grill & Pizzeria

Do not trust this place! I was skeptical when the staff was unsure of what was gf and had to ask the cooks but still couldn't tell me specific items on the menu. When ordering I said we are celiac and HIGHLY allergic. I could tell she didn't add a note. I than specifically asked for no croutons in my salad. I also didn't see her make a note. I didn't trust this place as soon as I walked in. Should have trusted my gut. They brought the salad with croutons. I didn't trust them after that and asked them to take the salad back and refund me and we left. Very disappointed. I have no idea how this place got 5 stars.
